Jeff Riber passed away on August 13, 2015 after an 8 month battle with cancer. He was a follower of Jesus, a family man, an avid runner, a crazy dancer, and a friend to everyone he met. His 30+ year career with ERA real estate was a testament to his work ethic, creative nature and loyalty.
He is survived by Lillian Heavener Riber, his wife of 35 years; 2 sons, Jeff Riber Jr. (Brooke) and Blake Riber (Danielle); daughter, Devon Riber Scott (Mike Scott); three grandchildren, Wade, Anniston, and Larsen Grace; mother, Alveta Riber; and 3 brothers, Paul Riber (Patsy), Mark Riber (Jane), and David Riber (Luanne).
The visitation will be held Tuesday, August 18 from 6:00-8:00 pm at Hardage-Giddens Oaklawn Chapel, 4801 San Jose Blvd, Jacksonville, Florida 32207. The service will be held Wednesday, August 19 at 11:00 a.m. at East Pointe Church, 270 Kernan Blvd N., Jacksonville, Florida.
