My deepest condolences to the entire family.  Although Jerry was a quiet man I loved the sparkle in his eye and the smile he would flash on the rare occasions I visited with him.  He has provided many smiles as I remember stories of him at family dinners, beer drinking at Bono's and flirting with the eyeglass workers at Walmart. I am certain the care, tenderness and love you all showed him in his later years was very much appreciated, although it was hard for him to say so. I know that all those that love all of you, also love and appreciate those qualities in you. Rest in Peace Jerry.
