What do you say in a situation like this? Have known Joan since her more robust, feisty times, when she would come driving around the corner in her Corolla, ascend the driveway and park it flawlessly in the garage. Witnessed over time the ravages of Parkinson’s gradually take its toll on her. She was a fighter and a great spirit. My condolences to her daughters, granddaughters and great grandchildren, upon whom Joan bestowed generosity and strong core values.
