So sorry, Lamia, to get word about Floyd's passing!
We remember him most for his great joke-telling skills, especially when he would stand up in a group setting at the club!
Floyd always showed a helpful side, willing to figure out a computer internet issue with you.
And, when Nancy needed a ride to the doctor's office, he was quick to offer his time.
We pray that Floyd is resting in peace now with no more pain!

Len and I will always remember Floyd as a great neighbor and friend. We will remember him sitting in front of his garage and waving to us as we drove by to get the mail. We will also remember the wonderful neighbor chats and the holiday celebrations. Floyd was a wonderful man who always cared for others. He will be greatly missed. Len and Deb Fritz

Floyd and my father, Jim Register Sr met as young boys in Yulee. They enjoyed a friendship lasting for more than seventy years.
The mutual admiration of anything with wheels, led to trading cars, stories and love of family.
As dad’s health ended his inability to drive, Floyd was there to make sure the occasional lunch with the boys continued. Dad cherished his friendship.
In a short period in 2021 we lost two great men!
Godspeed Floyd, Dad, there will never be a project in heaven you both will not tackle and fix it with a smile!

I was fortunate to have Floyd for a neighbor when I was growing up. He was always patient with my many visits and questions about his projects.. He was also great friends with my brother Rickey who passed recently... Other than Facebook, the last time we talked was at his 90th Birthday Bash. I’ll miss your humor and the fact that I may see you again in this life...
