John Coleman Yarbrough (29) passed away November 21, 2011 at his home. He was the only son of Coleman and BeBe Yarbrough. John has one son Phoenix Gabriel Yarbrough. He loved him dearly. He is survived by two sisters Renee Yarbrough of Jacksonville, Florida and Amy Coltharp of Tallahassee, Florida. He has numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
John was a member of First Baptist Church. In his earlier years, John was an excellent All-Star baseball player, pitcher and catcher. He was also involved in football. He had lots of musical talents and played the guitar, piano and drums without lessons. John’s best friend was his dad. John was a good hearted person. He valued friends more than money or gifts. He loved to be around people and brought happiness to any group. A visitation will be held Saturday, December 3, 2011 from 10:00 to 11:00 AM at Greenlawn Funeral Home, 4300 Beach Blvd. Jacksonville, FL with services beginning at 11:00 AM in the chapel.
