WIGGINS – Joseph “Kevin” Wiggins, 40, passed away on Wednesday March 19, 2014 after a life long illness. Kevin was born August 1, 1973 in Jacksonville, Fl to his parents J. F. & Iris Wiggins. He was a graduate of University Christian High School and was always known to have “a very giving heart.” Survivors in addition to his parents are his sister, Leslie Ann Dowling (Chuck) and his nieces, Erin and Valerie; maternal grandmother, Mrs. Jack “Jo” Cline; and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and wonderful friends.
