Josephine Lawler passed away February 9, 2012. She was born in Tampa in 1922, and was the daughter of Jose and Sylvia Goyanes. After attending the University of Florida, she and her husband Sam moved to Jacksonville where they were long time members of St.Pauls Catholic Church. She was preceded in death by her husband of 61 years, Samuel S. Lawler. She is survived by her son Russell S. Lawler (wife Jill) and her grandson Alexander S. Lawler.
