On Thursday, October 16th, Joshua Perras, son of Rabbi Gary G. Perras and Carol Perras, brother of Avi and Doronne, passed away at his home after unexpected health complications from a neurological disease. After high school, he graduated from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University as an air-traffic controller, and served with distinction as a controller and trainer at the air traffic control center in Hilliard until his passing.
The funeral service is scheduled for Monday, October 19th at 10:30 a.m. at the Beth Shalom Cemetery, Gate 5.
Shiva visitations are scheduled at the home of Rabbi Perras from 10:00 a.m.—12:00 noon, and 2:00 p.m.—5:00 p.m during the week of shiva.
