

She was born on April 27, 1931, in Jacksonville, Florida. She is the proud mother of four children and two
stepchildren. Jane Hess (Dean) and Cherl Evers, Jacksonville, Florida, Lloyd C. Evers, Jr. (Valerie),
Houston, Texas, William R. Evers (Beth), Knoxville, Tennessee, Robert R. Beidelman, Jr. and Nancy
Anders, Jacksonville, Florida. She is survived by twelve grandchildren, twenty-one great-grandchildren
and many other loving family members and friends.
She attended local schools and graduated from Andrew Jackson High School Class of 1950.
She worked as an Accountant with her husband Robert Beidelman, Sr.
She was preceded in death by her husband Robert R. Beidelman, Sr., her father W. B. Franks,
stepfather and mother William T. and Beulah May Geoghagan and two brothers Johnny L. Geoghagan
and Ronald S. Geoghagan.
She was a member of Assumption Catholic Church where she served in various ministries.
She was a member of Theresians, Gator Boosters, Florida Alumni Association and the Jacksonville
Gator Club. She was on the Auxiliary Board of L’Arche Jacksonville and volunteered for the TPC and
the WEB.com golf tournaments and the Women’s Help Center.
Visitation will be from 6 – 7 pm with a Vigil from 7 – 8 pm on Friday, August 1, 2025, at Assumption
Catholic Church. Visitation with family will take place at 12 pm with a Funeral Mass at 1 pm at
Assumption Catholic Church on Saturday, August 2, 2025, 2403 Atlantic Boulevard, Jacksonville,
Florida, 32207. After the Funeral Mass the family will proceed to Oaklawn Cemetery where there
will be a graveside service. Following the graveside service there will be a reception in Kohl’s Hall at
Assumption Catholic Church.
