Juanita M. Conyers, 71, passed away on April 16, 2012. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband John D. Conyers. Left to cherish her memory are her sons, Richard, Randy and Rodney Smart; daughter, Robin Lewis; brothers, Ronnie and Lonnie Slayton; sisters, Ruby Sheffield, Janice Turner, and Brenda Clyatt; 7 grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Family will receive friends in the chapel of Greenlawn Funeral Home, 4300 Beach Blvd. Jacksonville, FL 32207, from 6-8 PM on Thursday, April 19, 2012. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM on Friday, April 20, 2012 in the chapel of the funeral home. Interment will immediately follow in Greenlawn Cemetery.
