Judy was born on November 28, 1943, in Savannah, Georgia, and grew up in Jacksonville, Florida. She graduated from Paxon High School and retired from Bank of America.
She was a Baptist but attended the San Mateo Church of God with family in recent years.
Preceding her in death were her parents, Charlie, and Thelma Brown; husband, Sonny; daughter, Ronda; stepdaughters, Sandy, Faye, and Rosemary; sister, Sandy; and brother, David.
She leaves her sister Janie, brother Danny, her children Carolyn and David, stepchildren Donna and Johnny, their families, and her dog Baby Girl.
A public visitation will be held May 5th from 1pm to 2pm at the Greenlawn Funeral Home Chapel at 4300 Beach Boulevard in Jacksonville.
The funeral service will follow at 2pm with a burial immediately after in Greenlawn Cemetery.
Pastor Phil Wyatt will officiate.
