Kenneth Leroy Jones Sr., 58, passed away on August 30, 2026, in Jacksonville, Florida.

Kenneth was born on February 14, 1968, in Randolph County, Indiana, and grew up in the Union City, Indiana/Ohio area. In 2003, he moved to Jacksonville, Florida, where he made his home and continued building a life centered around his family and the work he loved. He was a hardworking and skilled electrician who spent more than 20 years working with Spurgeon Electric Inc.

Kenneth had a lifelong passion for vehicles and enjoyed trading, fixing, and learning about them. He also loved riding motorcycles with his children and friends, enjoying the open road and the time spent together. Some of his most cherished memories were made while sharing the things he loved with his children. He loved traveling with his daughter, Rebecca, working on cars with his son, Kenneth Jr., and doing electrical work with his daughter, Elizabeth.

These special times spent together reflected Kenneth's love for his family and created memories that his children will carry with them always.

Kenneth will be remembered as funny, stubborn, hardworking, and loving. He leaves behind countless stories, memories, and moments of laughter.

Kenneth is survived by his children, Rebecca Jones and her partner, Daniel C. Marshall; Elizabeth Jones West and her husband, Billy West; and Kenneth L. Jones Jr. He is also survived by his beloved grandchildren, Arabella Phoenix Games, Scyrusyn Theseus Games, Brayden Wayne Zoller, Brantley Frederick Zoller, and Liam West; as well as his sisters, Julia Jones and Tammy Jones.

Kenneth was preceded in death by his parents, Richard Leroy Jones and Frances Marie Jones.

A Celebration of Life will be held Saturday, October 10, 2026, at Elizabeth and Billy's home, 2155 Anniston Rd., Jacksonville, Florida 32246 at 1:00 PM.
