Krystal is forever in our hearts& in Heaven with our loved ones. Our grief for her is overwhelming. She had a heart of gold& loved Carey,Emory,Ellie,& Everett very much! Krystal loved  her Nani&Papa’s traditions for holidays. She loved shopping with Nini & walking the beach picking up shells. Krystal enjoyed singing & karaoke with her Dad playing his guitar. Their favorite song was Leaving on a Jet Plane. Krystal loved American Girl dolls.dress up, playing games&performing plays with her sister&cousins. I am grateful to have experienced your wedding with Carey, the trips that you made to California to spend time with us, & the laughs we all shared together. Krystal was one of my younger cousins. I know that all of us that were fortunate enough to have been around her know how  bright her light was and  will continue to shine. Although she was a great younger cousin , my true appreciation of the person she was, came as she grew older. Whether it was putting up with her two older cousin's (me and Jason) at Knott's Berry Farm  , to meeting my wife and our family on a trip to  Orlando (She drove to visit us and give a special present for my children when she didn't have to), or just catching up in conversation throughout the years whenever the family got together,  she was always genuine, kind -hearted ,and always took the time to take interest in and welcome others.  Although , we hadn't spent much time catching up these past few years, it was always pure joy experiencing her beautiful family through her posts and updates on social media. She was truly a gift to so many of us in many different ways. We love you Krystal and family.  Most importantly, thank you for the times we were able to share and we look forward to the day where we can see you again.

Krystal was the best big cousin and one of my role models growing up. I’ll never forget all of the family vacations and trips the family did back and forth from Florida to Cali. I could always count on Krystal hanging out with me and making me feel so “cool” for being able to hangout with the teens. One of my favorite memories was when she was visiting us in Cali and she helped me get ready for a date in high school. She teased me the whole time and helped me pick out a cute outfit. I looked up to Krystal in so many ways and wanted to be just like her when I was little. As we got older we loved talking about home decor, shopping, and all the girly things that we both loved….and of course, her becoming a mom!  She would talk to me about all the places she plans to take her kiddos. Krystal was the best mom and dedicated her life to her family. I am going to miss her so so much. Not talking to her, joking with her, or being able to go to her for advice is going to be the hardest. Her faith was unshakable and it brings me comfort knowing that I will see her again. She is at peace with the Lord and all of our guardian angels…Nani, Papa, Nini, & Uncle Jon. I know that they welcomed her with the biggest group hug at the heavenly gates. May her love and legacy live on in all of our hearts.

My beautiful cousin…you will be missed by so many! You have left your footprints on all of our hearts and were one of the most loving, happy, and dedicated moms I know. I loved your zest for life and family and loved watching you grow up from a vibrant little girl into such an amazing wife and mom. We shared our love for traveling and  making traditions for our families that we used to love as kids.  Your trust and faith in God was evident by all you did and Your precious kids will have so many memories of you because you were an amazing mama to them!! I pray every day that God will give you the strength and comfort you need during this difficult time.  Words can seem empty when you are dealing with loss but just know that a lot of people care very much about you and want to offer you any comfort that they can give.

I’ve known Krystal my entire life. She was my older cousin, but you would have assumed her, Kim and I were triplets with the matching outfits Nani always had us wear! I have so many memories of fun times spent together, whether it was in Hawaii, Europe, in a crammed RV or in the backyard reenacting Free Willy in the pool. I am so grateful that we’ve come from such a close family because it gave me the opportunity to  make so many memories with Krystal. Carey, you are extremely blessed to have her as your wife.  I can’t think of a better mom for Emory, Ellie and Everett, her world revolved around them. Every day I’d log into snap chat and Instagram and Krystal would have many  posts on her story from that morning about the healthy breakfasts and lunches she prepared, by the afternoon I’d see pictures and videos of all the arts and crafts and baking she would do with the girls, she was so hands on with them. I remember one of our last conversations was about Evertte & we laughed about how he loves drawing on walls and playing with things he shouldn’t like the dog bowl and getting the dog food all over the floor. It is the ones who are left behind that feel the pain, take comfort in knowing that when Jesus called her home, Jon, Nini, Nani and Papa were there waiting with open arms for her. ♥️

I knew sweet Krystal since she was a little girl. I worked With her mom. She was such a sweet , bright eyed happy little girl.  I’ve enjoyed watching her babies grow  through Facebook and have seen all the love she has for her precious children.  My sincerest condolences to her entire family during this very difficult time. May her memories fill your heart and  may you carry on her legacy of love and kindness 💜

I had the incredible honor of meeting Krystal, KK, at Coleman when we were both in our early 20's. She sat close to me for most of our time together and she became someone I looked up to even though she was a few years younger. Her infectious happiness and honesty was something I always appreciated in addition to her beauty. After a couple of years, I watched her fall head over heels in love with Carey as it truly was the perfect union. When she ultimately left Orlando to fully start her life with him, I missed her but couldn't be happier that she went after what she wanted. I loved seeing her become a fantastic and loving mother with still the same humor and grace. This loss is massive for me and I only knew her for a short time but she made such a deep and loving impact on me. The only thought that comforts me is that Krystal got exactly what she always hoped and prayed for in Carey, her girls, and her family. I know her memory will go on in all the people she touched and I will personally never forget her light, laughter, and beauty. Hugs and prayers to the whole Frick and Klokow families during this incredibly difficult time.

I’m so sorry to hear about your loss!!!! Krystal was one of my first friends when I moved to Jacksonville for work. She welcomed me into the office with open arms. I remember our many lunch dates we had laughing away and she also helped me with picking out stuff during our recent home reno which was so helpful for me. The sweetest soul. She loves Carey and her babies with all of her heart. My deepest condolences! <3
