Larry "Steve" Flury Jr.

Larry Steve Flury Jr. passed suddenly on June 28, 2015. Born in Boston, Massachusetts, he was a 20 year veteran of the U.S. Navy. He worked for Boeing Aircraft after retiring from the Navy in 2004. He enjoyed being with his family and friends. He was an avid fisherman and enjoyed hunting with his friends and his son, Sean. He was known as a hunting legend amongst friends and family.

He is predeceased by his parents, Larry and Mary Flury, and his brothers Sean Manning, Michael Christopher and Michael John. He is survived by his wife Kate Hamilton Flury, son Sean, and daughter Lil’ Kate. He is also the loving brother of Laura, Deborah, Kenneth, Lynn and Brian. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews. He will be missed greatly by all.

Funeral services with Military Honors will be held at 11 am on July 4, 2015 at the Hardage-Giddens Funeral Home,

5753 Blanding Blvd, Jacksonville FL 32244.
