Laura Elizabeth Maycott, best known as Bette, was born April 27, 1929, and passed away May 14, 2025, at the age of 96 after battling with a lengthy illness. She was the last of her siblings to pass away, and was preceded by Naomi, Charles, and Raymond.
Bette was a beloved mother of three children to Colleen Weston (Philip), Scott Maycott (Bridgette), and Clifford Maycott (Cathy); three grandchildren Bethany DeMarco (Bob), Michael Maycott (Cynthia), and Matthew Maycott; and seven great grandchildren Weston, Oliver, Gwendolyn, Franklin, Branch, Ainsley, and Farryn.
A memorial service will be held on Friday, June 27, 2025 at 11:00 AM at Monument Point Fellowship, 13720 Mount Pleasant Road, Jacksonville, FL 32225.
