Arlene, Please accept our deepest condolences and warmest thoughts at this sad time. Although it has been many years, we do remember Lenny as always being accommodating and an extremely good listener. Please know that you are in our thoughts and we will light a candle in his memory.

As an hourly QA associate at Anheusher Busch I worked many an hour under Lenny's supervision . I recently retired last year from the plant and wish to advise you that it was always a pleasure to work for him even though he always wanted you to do him a "favor" all the time. He always led by example and always offered an open door policy to confront him with a problem. He liked the rest of us experienced the unexpected from the transition from a family oriented company owned by the Busch family to an international beverage company owned by Belgium families and supervised by South Americans. It was a total cultural shock from the norm yet he always pushed on and did the right thing. Sorry for your loss but I will always keep him in my heart as a a fine man with good moral judgement who led by example.

Lenny always had a smile and a kind word to say whenever we saw him, walking in the neighborhood or at the store with his loving wife, Arlene.
