POTZER – Louis Fredrick Potzer, Jr. 63, passed away Sunday, March 3, 2013. Mr. Potzer was a native of Wilmington, Delaware, had resided in Atlanta, Georgia and lived for the past several years in Jacksonville. As a U. S. Army veteran, Fred was proud to have served his country in Viet Nam. He was a commercial truck driver and a diehard Georgia Bulldog fan. Survivors include his daughter and her husband, Vickey and Mac McAlister; four grandchildren, Alyssa, James M. III, Chance and Braydon; one sister, Kathy West; two brothers, Tommy Allen Potzer, Sr. and Randy Smith; Tommy’s sons, Robert Louis “Robbie” Potzer, Sr. and Thomas Allen Potzer, Jr; and Robbie’s sons, Robert Louis “Little Robbie” Potzer and Jacob Thomas Potzer. No services are planned at this time.
