Lynelle Conner Hughes

Lynelle Conner Hughes 77 loving wife, mother, grand-mother, friend and long time resident of Callahan, Florida, died on June 12 ,2008 at Shands Jacksonville (Hospice). She was born in Lyons, Georgia on March 13, 1931. In 1980 she started her own business, Hughes Bookkeeping and Tax Service. She operated this business in Callahan for 13 Years until she retired I 1993. She was preceded in death by her brothers; Carl Conner, Berman Conner, Robert Conner and sister Sammie Smith all of Lyons, Georgia and her brothers; Francis Conner and Stanley Conner of Conyers, Georgia She is survived by her husband of 54 years; Henry Edward Hughes, her daughters; Linda Lynelle Haskett (David) and Maxine Fife (Robert) and her grandchildren, Morgan Wooley (Brandon), Courtney Lynn Haskett, Corey Edward Haskett, Camron Fife and many nephews, nieces and friends. Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 AM Monday, June 16, 2008 at the Chapel of Corey-Kerlin Funeral Home, 1426 Rowe Ave. with Rev. Ken Barney officiating with interment will follow at Jones Cemetery, Callahan, Fla. The family will receive friends from 3 pm to 5 pm Sunday (TODAY) at the funeral home.
