Mae was a bookkeeper for many years for Baptist Hospital and retired after 21 years of service.
She was preceded in death by her husband, William J. Moody, Jr.
Surviving are her loving son, William (Karen) Moody, daughter, Cindee Lee (David) Clark, five grandchildren, five great grandchildren, a sister, Myra Wheeles, a niece, Miriam Mizell and many other family members and dear friends.
Visitation will be Friday, November 19, from 6 – 8 pm at Greenlawn Funeral Home, 4300 Beach Blvd., Jacksonville. The funeral service will be at 11:00 am Saturday, November 20, 2010 at Southpoint Baptist Church, 3335 Tigerhole Road, Jacksonville. Burial will follow at Greenlawn Cemetery.
Memorials in her name may be directed to Southpoint Baptist Church where Mae was a member for over 50 years.
