Maria (Lou) was a flight attendant for Pan Am and United Airlines for over 40 years. Lou resided in Sparta, NJ for many years prior to retiring in Florida. Lou was an active member of Blessed Kateri Catholic Parish when living in New Jersey. Lou enjoyed golfing, traveling, watching the Yankees, and spending time with her family and friends.
Lou is preceded in death by her sisters, Alicia Windibank and Irene Middlebrooks, her brother-in-law, Peter Windibank, her niece, Ana Windibank, and her beloved husband, Gene Petlick. Lou is survived by her brother-in-law Matt Middlebrooks, her nephews, Matthew Middlebrooks and Mark Windibank, and her niece, Alie Windibank-Lyons. Lou is also survived by her five stepchildren and their spouses - Sean and Colleen Petlick, Marni Rose, Keith and Jennifer Petlick, Scott and Nirvana Petlick, and Renee and Mike Perovich. She had 9 grandchildren - Corinne, Faith, Jake, Max, Elizabeth, Stella, Ashley, Lydia, and Ava.
