Marie, we are so sorry to hear of aunt Marie's passing.  I think that I sent you a note before telling you and your brothers and sisters how much I (we) loved and admired your mom and dad. Uncle Carl has got to be devastated losing his best friend after all these years.  Believe me  we are all going to pray for him and all your family.  You kids have been so blessed to have had such great parents. God bless all of you.  Your cousin, Dick.

To the Pessolano Family, our thoughts, prayers, and love are with you during the days ahead.  Remember you are never alone.  You never walk on this earth by yourself.  

We are blessed by having known your Mother, Sister, Grandmother, Aunt, etc for these past few years.  She always made us feel we were direct family members.  

She was an excellent role model which each of her family members learned to follow at early ages.  We share your loss.

I was terrible sorry to hear of the loss of your mother.  Dad forwarded me an e-mail that he got thru Carl.  My deepest sympathy goes out to you and you family in your time of need.

Websters defines a Matriarch as - "A highly respected woman who is a mother".

There will never be a more perfect Matriarch than my Great Aunt Marie. It is because of her faith, love, and character that mine and my son's holiday's and vacations in Jax have been so memorable over the past 14 years. 

She and Uncle Carl raised the most giving, loyal and extremely kind children that has developed into an amazing extended family. They have welcomed Gannon and I into their homes probably over a 100 times during holidays, anniversaries, and 'just come hang out' weekends. Everyone of them have ALWAYS made us feel SO welcomed and loved. Lord knows the Christmas Eve Egg Nog event at Aunt Marie's will never be the same without her.

We all hope to make a difference in others life's during our time on earth. I can honestly say that Marie Pessolano made a huge difference in my life and my son's. She gave us laughter, she taught us to be kind and forgiving, and she made us feel so special every time we saw her. I'll always remember her adoreable smile, the grin on her face when she got to order cheese sticks, and her saying "Oh Garsh". Aunt Marie, you will be greatly missedl!
