OBITUARY
Marilyn Louise Hucks
March 13, 1934 – February 13, 2021
Marilyn L. Hucks, born March 13, 1934, gained her heavenly robe and crown on February 13, 2021. Born and raised in Jacksonville, FL, she grew up and married the “boy next door” on March 19, 1955, becoming an Air Force wife. They have 4 children, all born in 4 different states. Marilyn was the perfect military wife, always supporting her husband in his 20 years of military service. Survivors include her husband of 65 years, Ronald N. Hucks, Major USAF, Retired, daughter, Catherine (Mike-deceased) Noles, son, Richard (Paula) Hucks, daughter, Beth (Rodney) Fullwood and son David (Tony) Hucks Bergeron, 9 grandchildren, 23 great-grandchildren and 6 great-great-granchildren. In lieu of flowers, the family requests a donation be made in Marilyn’s name to Community Hospice of Northeast Florida. We want to thank the team from Community Hospice for the wonderful care of our beloved wife and mother. A visitation will be held on Thursday, February 18, 2021 from 6pm-8pm at Hardage-Giddens Greenlawn Funeral Home, 4300 Beach Blvd., Jacksonville, FL 32207. Funeral services to be held on Friday, February 19, 2021 at 11am at the funeral home. Committal service to be held on Monday, February 22, 2021 at 10:30am at Jacksonville National Cemetery, 4083 Lannie Rd., Jacksonville, FL 32218.
