Mary Ann Lee Borkowski, 56, passed away Thursday, July 18, 2013. Born on November 30, 1956 in Waycross, Georgia to Winston Revis Lee, and Mary Frances Lastinger. She is survived by her husband of 39 ½ years, Michael Borkowski; 4 daughters, Kathy Nance (fiancé Joseph), Kay Hollin, Mary Hart (Jeremy), and Michele Borkowski (fiancé Brian) all of Jacksonville, Fl.; 2 brothers, Kenny Lee (Barbara), and Larry Lee (Pat); 2 sisters, Linda Larson, and Peggy Mosher (Harold); 6 grandchildren, Scott and Alysa Nance, Courtney and John Hollin, Jeremy, Jr., and Jacob Hart. The family visitation to greet friends will be held on Sunday, July 21, 2013 from 5:00pm until 7:00pm, at Hardage-Giddens Blanding Funeral Home, 5753 Blanding Blvd., Jacksonville, FL., 32244. Funeral Service will be held on Monday, 6:00pm, July 22, 2013 in the Chapel of Hardage-Giddens Blanding Funeral Home. Funeral service will conclude at the funeral home.
