Mary Carroll October 29, 1943 August 24, 2020, a life-long resident of Jacksonville married Jack Carroll December 30, 1960. Mary was a devoted wife loving mother and doting grandma. She is predeceased by her husband, Jack (2002); her son, Tom (1975); her father, Hank Caincross (Catherine); her mother Mary Lou Higginbotham (Jack), and her brother Gary Higginbotham (Cathy). Mary is survived by her daughter Raenell Blackwell (Jeff); three grandchildren, Troy Blackwell, Jackie Utt (Billy), and Russell Blackwell (Alexis). She also had five great-grandchildren, Haleigh, Ella, and Kinsley Blackwell and Bryce and Cameron Utt. Mary enjoyed spending time with her life-long friend, Rob Stewart, and other friends from Ribault High School. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m. Monday, August 31, 2020 in the chapel of Corey-Kerlin Funeral Home, 1426 Rowe Ave., Jacksonville, FL 32208. The family will receive friends beginning an hour prior to service time. Mary will be buried following the service in Verdie Cemetery, Bryceville, FL.
