Mary Ann, known to many as Mary or Molly, was born in Toledo, Ohio on September 29, 1947, to Donald and Agnes Blanchard (Cunningham). She grew up on Leybourn with her two brothers, Tom and Tim. Mary Ann attended Notre Dame Academy, graduating in 1965. In 1970, she married Leonard Haupricht and began a family. They made a home on Green Valley and were members of St. Patrick's of Heatherdowns parish for many years.
Mary Ann always found great joy in working. She spoke fondly of her early career at Owens Corning, her time teaching, and many years in insurance and financial services. She was involved in local politics, always advocating for responsible and limited government. Mary Ann was a lifelong learner who enjoyed reading, studying health publications, attending classes and Bible studies, as well as enrichment courses at Hillsdale College. She always strived to learn more and live a healthy life.
Mary Ann loved her home on Green Valley and cherished all the memories made there. She loved mowing her lawn multiple times a week with her push mower, opening the pool every summer, tending to her garden, and checking in on her neighbors. Mary Ann cultivated and valued many friendships in life, in her career and through community involvement, as well as her attendance at Calvary Church in Maumee, Bethel Church in Perrysburg, and participation in women's Bible studies.
As a grandmother of five, Mary Ann loved traveling to visit Aden and Callan, Abby and Ally, and Joey, in Florida and Michigan, and did so as often as she could.
In the Spring of 2021, she began noticing signs of what would become an aggressive degenerative condition. In November 2023, Mary Ann moved to Florida to be closer to family. Despite rapid and abundant loss of her physical abilities, she maintained her love of laughter, and cherished her time with loved ones. As one who always held tight to her independence, she grew to love and appreciate the gentle care and compassion of family, friends, and a few dearly loved caregivers who supported her in her times of greatest need.
Mary Ann was preceded in death by her ex-husband, Len Haupricht; parents, Donald and Agnes Blanchard; mother in law and father in law, George and Lucy Haupricht; as well as a number of brothers in law and sisters in law.
Mary Ann is lovingly remembered by her children and grandchildren: Nikoll and Chris Dreher (Aden and Callan); Jennifer and Matt Ungrey (Joseph); and Chad and Jen Haupricht (Abigail and Allison). She is also survived by her brothers: Tom (Barb) Blanchard; and Tim (April) Blanchard; Brother-in-law, Nick Haupricht; and many cherished nieces and nephews.

Let the life and memory of this bright and beautiful child of God remind us of His great faithfulness. He said to her, "Daughter, your faith has healed you. Go in peace and be freed from your suffering." Mark 5:34.
