Mary Jane Baucom Stewart, 70, passed away after a courageous battle with cancer on November 6, 2009.Mary Jane was born March 15, 1939 in Jacksonville to Clyde and Pauline Baucom.Mary Jane is preceded in death by her parents, and sister, Dorothy Stansel. She will be greatly missed by her loving husband of 50 years, Benjamin F; sons, Benjamin C. (Melanie) Stewart, Shane (Danielle) Stewart; daughters, Kimberly D. (Eric) Oswald, Sherry (Joel) Darby; grandchildren, Chance and Laine Stewart, Katelyn, Jacob, and Jonah Oswald, Garrett, Luke, and Wyatt Stewart; brother, James (Hilda) Baucom; and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. The family will receive friends Monday, November 9, 2009, 6-8pm at HARDAGE-GIDDENS Funeral Home.Funeral services will be Tuesday, November 10, 2009, 11am at the Funeral Home, with interment to follow at Evergreen Cemetery, Gate 5.
