She married the love of her life Keith Layfield on May 10th 1975. She is survived by her husband Keith, children Belinda Kickasola and Keith Layfield, her mother Elizabeth, 2 brothers Tim and Glenn, and her grandchildren Scott, Collin, Rylan, Dani and Isi.
Roberta, grew up as a kind and amazing woman that lived a life filled with family and friends. Known as Nanny by her grandchildren, whom she loved more than life itself, enjoyed spending as much time with them as she could with them. Born in Alabama and lived in Jacksonville she found her home in Callahan, FL where she took to substituting teaching in the Nassau county school district.
Visitation will be held at the funeral home from 10am to 12pm on Monday, March 30th, 2020.
Mrs. Layfield will be buried later that day at Riverside Memorial Park with family present.
