

Beth briefly worked at Prudential Insurance Company before devoting her life to her family as a stay at home mom. She was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother who loved every moment of life. Nothing brought her more joy than spending time with her family and grandchildren.
Beth was predeceased by her parents, Mary Juanita Whittles (Gray) and Harry Westin Whittles. Beth’s survivors include husband Robert (Bob) McClure, brother Harry Gray Whittles (Jacksonville, Fl), children Shannon Group (Mayport, Fl), Bart McClure (Jacksonville, Fl), Suzanne Sumner (Jacksonville, Fl) and Brooke Singer (St. Johns, Fl) daughter-in-law Sarah McClure (Jacksonville, Fl) and sons-in-law John Sumner and Jerry Singer, Grandchildren, Madison and Harrison McClure, Arianna and Lexie Sumner and Tristin Singer.
A visitation for Mary will be held Friday, September 16, 2022 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at Hardage-Giddens Oaklawn Chapel, 4801 SAN JOSE BLVD, JACKSONVILLE, FL 32207. A funeral service will occur Friday, September 16, 2022 at 1:00 PM, 4801 SAN JOSE BLVD, JACKSONVILLE, FL 32207. A committal service will occur Friday, September 16, 2022 at Oaklawn Cemetery, 4801 SAN JOSE BLVD, JACKSONVILLE, FL 32207. A reception will occur Friday, September 16, 2022 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM, 4801 SAN JOSE BLVD, JACKSONVILLE, FL 32207.
