Mary Louise Mills, age 82 of Jacksonville, Florida, went to be with the Lord on Sunday, August 23, 2026. Mary was born on August 12, 1944, in Liberty, North Carolina. She was preceded in death by her husband, Fred C. Mills; her father, John W. Wright; mother, Vallie J. Andrews and stepfather, LeRoy C. Andrews; and one sister, Lucy M. Culling Ford.
She is survived by her daughters, Debbie Simpson and son-in-law, Henry, and Donna Norman and son-in-law David; one son, Craig Mills and daughter-in-law Mary; sisters Lou Ella Ferguson and Sherry Denise Doty; and her grandchildren Jessica Simpson, Zachary Norman, and Rachel Mills.
A memorial service for Mary will be held at Faith Chapel Free Will Baptist Church, 635 Lee Road, Jacksonville, FL 32225 on Friday, September 18, 2026 at 5:00 PM.
