Matthew Allen Bryan

Matthew was born on January 27, 1987 in Jacksonville, Florida to Michele Adkison and John Bryan. He is survived by his parents Michele Adkison, John Bryan, grandmother Pam Sieber, his Uncle Timothy McClain and his step fathers John Adkison, and Shane McCarthy. Matthew was the father to four beautiful children Anthony Joseph Lapointe, Samuel David Bryan, Keara Ann Bryan and Althea Grace Bryan. Melissa Lapointe, mother of Anthony, Deanna Ball, mother of Sammy and Keara and fiancé Kimberly Fortino, mother of Althea.

Matthew had a passion for music and liked being the DJ when he was around sharing his excellent taste of the perfect mix of genres. He had a loving soul, the most beautiful eyes and a smile and personality that could light up a room. His primary trade was as a commercial plumber, but he also did tree work and cooked wonderful meals while exploring other avenues. He loved the ocean and fishing and helping others do home projects. He would give anyone the shirt off his back as he had a big heart. He loved his children deeply and will be immensely missed by all that knew him.

Matthew’s Funeral Services will be held this Saturday at Corey-Kerlin Funeral Home 940 Cesery Boulevard, Jacksonville, FL 32211 at 11:00 a.m. family and close friends can arrive at 10:00 a.m. There will be a reception following the service that will be held at his Uncle Tim’s, house, call the family for directions.
