With deep sadness we announce the passing of Maxine Heller, mother of our member Kathy Kanter. She is survived by her children Sharon Mock, Steven (Charlene) Heller, Kathy (Larry) Kanter; grandchildren Beth (Darryl), Alex, Kevin, Hank, Samantha, Russ, Bailey; 3 great-grandchildren; and 1 great-great-grandchild.
Her funeral service was held at 1:00 PM on Monday, March 4th, at the New Center Memorial Park (New Center Cemetery), 200 E. 43rd Street. Those who wish to extend condolences may join family members for evening minyan at 6:00 PM on Monday and Tuesday, March 4th & 5th, at the home of Dr. Lawrence & Kathy Kanter.
Contributions in Maxine’s memory may be sent to Jacksonville Jewish Center.
