Meleah Watterson Bridges, age 64, of Jacksonville, Florida passed away on Wednesday, April 27, 2022. Meleah was born August 24, 1957. A memorial service will be held on Saturday May 7th at 11:00am at Resurrection Episcopal Church in Jacksonville, Florida.
Meleah was born and raised in Jacksonville, Florida. An avid traveler, she visited many places, from the savannas of Africa to the glaciers of Norway. She had a true passion for life and had many incredible experiences. She pet a wolf in a wolf sanctuary, celebrated Holi in India, and hiked the Arctic to see polar bears, to name just a few. Her love of life positively impacted those around her, as she hosted countless showers, holidays, and other celebrations for her family and friends. She was married to her husband Robin for over twenty years before he passed. Meleah was a dedicated employee, serving as Financial Controller of the same company for over fifteen years. She is survived by her brother Jerry, her daughter Ashleigh, her son-in-law Sammy, and her grandsons Grant and Jack.
