She was a truly beautiful woman inside and out with a heart of Gold !  I'm so glad she is not suffering any more.  When I saw her Sunday night she said "I'm so tired of this,  I'm so tired if this".  It broke my heart to see her go through so much, but thoughout it all she still had a smile to share.  I'm so thankful she was able to come home and had Sandi, Wendy and others with her to support, love and care for her.  She has now gone to her Heavenly Home.  No more pain.  Only peace, joy and happiness.  Love you sweet Melissa.  Until we meet again...

Missy, I will miss you asking questions and especially about when you were real young.  I always had to tell you the story about how you would act up, lol, you were the mean one and Sandy was the sweet quite one and you always laughed because you knew it was true, lol. Never got to know her long but will always remember her excepting me to the gay with a smile and a hug. Always seemed glad to see me with her sister.

I would never forget the first time I introduced you to Jake. Mom, Jake and myself were in the truck and we went to go pick you up. As soon as you got into the truck, I introduced you two and you said oh I know him. We have already met before!! Everyone’s face was like what is this crazy woman talking about?!? Jake looked at me and said I’ve never met this woman in my life. And then you said I’m just kidding with y’all! We all started busting out laughing!! Thank you for always making everyone around you feel comfortable in a new situation!!! It meant the world to me just like you do! I love you to the moon and back!❤️

I remember babysitting Missy along with Sandy and Bubba when they were very small children in a cute little house on Dunn Ave. while your mama and daddy worked and again when they lived in Ward's trailer park. All of them were such sweet and cute children. I remember when Missy would come stay with Vicki Dee at mama's house. She was always so sweet and seemed kind of shy but Vicki Dee told me some funny teenage stories. I will always be thankful for the love and friendship she shared with my baby sister Vicki Dee. She will always be remembered and loved in my heart as well as her family.

To my sister Melissa.  Sisters have so many secrets:  funny, sad, happy and the ones you can’t tell nobody else.  Lol.  Through our life I was the MaMa and you was the little girl.  These last 7 months you became the strongest, most courages and fearless women that I could never be.  I’m so proud of how hard you fought and never once wanted to give up.  I love you very much and I’m so thankful I got to spend so much time with you.
