STEVENS-Melvin Leroy Stevens, age 71, passed away August 7, 2018. Melvin is survived by his wife, Susan; sons, Brian J. Stevens and Kevin A. Stevens and a grandson Joshuwa Stevens. Also surviving are brothers Ronald and Albert Stevens. Melvin is a U.S. Navy veteran and then retired from Anheuser Busch in Jacksonville after 30 years. A memorial service will be held at Community Hospice, Earl B. Hadlow Center, 4266 Sunbeam Road, Thursday, August 30 at 1:00 pm. A committal service will be performed by Navy Honor Guard at the Jacksonville National Cemetery 12:30 PM on Friday August 31. In lieu of flowers donations to Community Hospice would be appreciated by the family. Arrangements are in the care of Corey-Kerlin Funeral Home, 940 Cesery Blvd. Jacksonville, FL.
