RUSS- Michael R. “Mike” Russ, 38, passed away Friday, March 11, 2011. Mike was a native of Jacksonville and was an electrician. He was an avid fisherman and hunter. Mike was loved by all his family and friends. Surviving family includes: his wife, Evelyn Russ; his parents, Joe and Bonnie Russ; his children, Courtney and Gene Reynolds; a brother, Joey Russ as well as nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends at Corey-Kerlin Funeral Home, 1426 Rowe Ave. Wednesday, March 16 from 6:00 until 8:00 PM. Funeral services will be held Thursday, March 17, 2011 at Riverview Church of Christ, 2053 Soutel Dr., at 11:00 AM with Minister Ted Cherry officiating. Interment will follow at Edgewood Cemetery.
