Michael O. Powell, 66, passed away on June 27, 2015. Mike was born in Parkersburg, WV to Frank and Elsie Christine Powell and raised in Charleston, WV. Mike is survived by his wife, Rosalind; daughter, Shannon; son, Mikey; step-son, Scott Pilcher; step-grandson, Robbie Pilcher; brother, Richard; sisters, Carolyn Metz (David), Sandy Dehart, Jeanne Reese and Jo Neer; numerous nieces and nephews; and his special companion (dog), Cookie.
A Celebration of Mike’s Life will be held at 2pm on Friday, July 3 at Hardage-Giddens Funeral Home of Mandarin.
