He was a graduate of Brooklynn Tech High School. He went on to earn a Bachelor of Science from Cooper Union and Master of Science. He worked as a nuclear engineer until retiring.
Mr. Shulman is survived by his daughters, Jackie Tomes and Stacy Wilson, sons-in-law, Scott Tomes and Blaine Wilson, his grandchildren, Jamie Edwards, Josh Edwards, Jaylyn Edwards and Emily Wilson, and his great granddaughter, Isabella Russell.
Graveside Services will take place at Greenlawn Cemetery, 4300 Beach Blvd, Jacksonville, FL 32207 on Monday, January 17, 2022 at 12:00 PM with Rabbi Jonathan Lubliner, Officiating.
