

Millard Reed Everhart II passed away January 11, 2013. He was born in Jacksonville, Florida, October 17, 1955. Reed lived most of his life in Sarasota, Florida. He graduated from Riverview High School and attended Santa Fe Community College in Gainesville. He was associated with the family business. Reed has a passion for music. He played drums and guitar. He was a Cub Scout and Boy Scout and loved camping and being outdoors. He is survived by his mother Helen Grim Holroyd and his father Millard Reed Everhart and his sister Kimberly Everhart Cox, his nieces Lauren Susan Cox, Kimberly Garland Cox, and his nephew Robert Wilson Young Cox. He was dearly loved and will be missed. A memorial service will be held January 19, 2013, at 11:00 a.m. at Hardage-Giddens Funeral Home, 729 South Edgewood Avenue, and reception to follow. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to Trinity Rescue Mission, 622 West Union Street, Jacksonville, Florida in memory of Reed.
