Naomi "Jerry" Lovell Duke

She was born on September 16, 1929 in Newport, Tennessee. Most of her adult life was spent in Florida but her heart livied in Tennessee until the day she went to heaven.

She married Frank Duke in 1945 and they made their home in Jacksonville where they raised their four children. He predeceased her in 1986.

She was also predeceased by her daughter Patsy Duke and her son Wayne Duke.

Jerri was a devoted and active member of Englewood Baptist Church. As a devout Christian, her life revolved around her church family and her strong faith. She was always there when the doors opened to participate and assist with anything no matter how large or small.

Professionally she was a child care provider.

She is survived by daughters Carolyn Bowyer and LeAnne Duke; granddaughter Sarah Lake and grandsons Josh and Zack Duke; and Joseph and Kristopher Lynn. She is also survived by great granddaughter Georgia Lake.

She will be greatly missed by many wonderful and loving relatives and friends.

Services will be held at Englewood Baptist Church, Kennerly Road, on Thursday, August 27, 2020 at 11:00 am. Visitation is 10-11:00 am prior to the service. Burial will be Monday, August 31 at Union Cemetery in Newport, Tennessee.
