Nicole Marie Demery

She lived life to the fullest exploring many hobbies from bowling to surfing. She was involved for 24 years in the First Coast Dolphins and frequently swam at the Special Olympics state championships. Nicole also attended the North Florida School of Special Education where she volunteered making “Barkin Biscuits” for dogs. As a lover of animals, Nicole took great pride in making these dog treats. She made many friends over the years doing these activities and loved going on the “Buddy Cruise” with them, which she attended for 13 years.

She is survived by her mother, Carole Demery, her brother, Christopher Demery, her sister-in-law, Kimberly Demery, and her niece, Norah and nephew, James. Nicole loved her special role of being an aunt. They will all miss her dearly.

Nicole will be remembered for her easy-go-lucky attitude and her enjoyment of the simple things in life. She touched so many lives over the years and will be missed for the joy she brought to the world.

A celebration of life service will be held on Dec 7th at 4 p.m. at Hardage Giddens on 11801 San Jose Blvd., Jacksonville, FL 32223.
