It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved daughter, Nillia Roslinda Crespo, who left us too soon on May 26, 2025, at the age of 24. Nillia’s sweet spirit, dry sense of humor, and kindness will be deeply missed by all who knew her, especially her family and two best friends: Maria and Alicia.
Nillia found joy and peace in her faith and was a devoted, active member of One Baptist Church. She loved spending time with her aunt Amy, her friends Haley and Cheyenne, and the rest of her church family.
Nillia loved to be silly and have fun. She enjoyed watching SpongeBob Squarepants, Spiderverse, Shrek, and the Lego movies most. She played video games like Minecraft, Fortnite, Animal Crossing, and Mario Kart online with her siblings, Victor and Shien, her dad, and her online friends. She also enjoyed making different concoctions in the kitchen with her favorite condiment, mayo. Nillia loved to sing and had a beautiful voice. She was also a talented and creative artist and loved to draw and sketch.
Nillia’s compassionate heart, selflessness, and upbeat attitude made her truly special. While our hearts are broken by her absence, we take comfort in knowing that she is no longer suffering and her memory will forever be a blessing.
A visitation for Nillia will be held Friday, May 30, 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Hardage-Giddens Funeral Home, 11801 San Jose Blvd, Jacksonville, FL 32223. A celebration of life will occur Friday, May 30, 2025 at 12:00 PM, 11801 San Jose Blvd, Jacksonville, FL 32223. A committal service will occur Friday, May 30, 2025 at Mandarin Cemetery, 12107 Mandarin Road, Jacksonville, Florida 32223.
