Norman D. Payne

In honor of Norman D Payne, there is a memorial service being held on June 18, 2021 at Lions Club located at 4025 confederate point rd. jax fl 32210 from 6-9pm please come and share your memories with others. Norman was a wonderful husband to Nancy for 40 years a dad to five sons and one daughter (Eddie Adams, Andy Adams, Billy Henderson, Scott Henderson, Randy Henderson, and Dora Smith). He was a grandpa to 16 and a great-grandpa to 39. Norman was a life time as well as a legion life time member of the Moose. He held three consecutive presidentces (before 1974). Norman was also a lions member for over twenty-five years. He held President and other postions. Norman was also an accomplished retired truck driver. He had well over a couple million miles under his wheels. Norman worked with Capital Petroleum helping with the first expansion's of Disney world in Orlando. Norman volunteered with Oceanway assembly of God with their food give Drive. Norman was a friend to many. Norman you will be greatly missed by many. Until we meet again.
