BELL—Oliver Lee “Papa Bell” Bell, Jr. passed away Sunday, April 13, 2008. Mr. Bell was a veteran of the US Navy serving during WW II and had retired from the Jacksonville Port Authority as a maintenance supervisor. He was predeceased by his wife, Yvonne, in 1998 and a son, Randall, in 2005. Survivors include: 3 daughters, Connie Bell, Barbara (Steven) Walker, and Linda (Roger) Reddington; 2 sons, Gary (Judy) Bell and Danny Bell; 10 grandchildren; 24 great-grandchildren and 2 great great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, April 16, 2008 at 3:00 PM in the chapel of Corey-Kerlin Funeral Home, 1426 Rowe Ave. with Pastor Jimmy Flanagan officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
