PFISTER - Ouida Roberts Pfister, age 98, passed away peacefully on May 15, 2016. She was one of ten children raised on a farm in Echols County, GA. She graduated Echols County High School and attended Tulane Business College. Ouida worked for McDuff Auto Parts but spent many years as a family caregiver. She is predeceased by her husband, George C. Pfister and twins sons, Irvin and Dervin. Survivors include a daughter, Susan Darlington, son Jimmy Pfister and a sister, Nataline Tharin. Other survivors include a large family of nieces, nephews, in laws, cousins, six grandchildren and many great grandchildren. Funeral services will be held 1:00 PM, Saturday, May 21, 2016 at Macedonia Baptist Church near Mayday in Echols County, Georgia. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.
