P. Elaine Parsons

Patricia “Elaine” W. Parsons passed away on June 19, 2015. She was born December 15, 1940 in Lititz, Pennsylvania to the late Frank and Beatrice Wonder. She was a graduate of Warwick High School where she met and married her high school sweetheart, James Allen Parsons. He served in the United States Navy which took them to numerous duty stations in the United States and overseas. He preceded her in death on December 9, 1993. She was a member of the Lititz Moravian Church. Elaine was a member of the Order of Eastern Star where she started her membership in Bath, Maine, then to Gardner, Massachusetts, and finally with Wesconnett Chapter where she served as their secretary for several years. She loved this Chapter and serving as secretary. Elaine enjoyed word search, puzzles, knitting and Civil War history.

Elaine is survived by her two daughters Jean (Art) Pimental and Susan (Ric) McQueeney and her two grandsons Sean and Austin Pimental and her sister, Barbara Ann Snader, (Wesley). She was an aunt six times and a great aunt many many times. The viewing will be Thursday, June 25th at Hardage Giddens, 729 Edgewood Avenue, South, 6-8 pm with an Eastern Star service at 7 pm. The funeral will be held at the Lititz Moravian Church, 8 Church Square, Lititz, Pennsylvania. www.lititzmoravian.org. Arrangements are still being made for this service. She will be buried beside her loving husband, James, in Lititz.
