Patricia Higgins McCall

Patricia H. McCall, 84, passed away on May 11, 2013. Pat was born on June 10, 1928 in Beaver Falls, PA to Helen Trout Higgins and George Albert Weinman. She attended Pine Crest School, Ft. Lauderdale, FL, Wayne State University, University of Brussels-Belguim. While the Director of Air Force Recreation Planning in Munich, Germany, Pat met and married Sergeant Raymond A. McCall. In 1953 they returned to the United States to reside in Jacksonville, FL where they have since resided. Pat retired after many successful years in real estate. She was an avid Bridge player and enjoyed golf with the “Nine Holers” at the San Jose Country Club. She was a member of San Jose Episcopal Church, through which she had eternal friendships as well as throughout the entire community.

Pat enjoyed 62 years of marriage to her husband Raymond A. McCall, three children, Kimberly Kessler, Susan Thorpe (Kim D.), and Steven McCall; grandchildren Leigh Wilson, Katie Wagner, Alex Murray (Chris), Carlie McCall; great-grandchild Margaret Grace Murray. Pat was preceded in death by her great-grandchild Annabelle Wilson. Pat will forever be remembered for her passion for living, loving, and enjoying life’s Godly blessings.

A Celebration of Pat’s Life will be held at San Jose Episcopal Church Friday, May 17, 2013 at 10:30 am officiated by Father Steph Britt.
