Patricia Webb Montgomery, age 92, passed away on February 16, 2016 at Baptist Medical Center South in Jacksonville, FL. She was born on March 16, 1923 in Jacksonville, FL to Wesley Vernon and Essie Way Webb.
She was a life-long resident of Jacksonville and prior to retirement she was an Administrative Assistant at the Jacksonville Shipyards for many years.
She was a member of the Hendricks Avenue Baptist Church.
Mrs. Montgomery was predeceased by her husband, James Irving Montgomery Sr. She is survived by her son, James (Jim) Irving Montgomery Jr. of Punta Gorda, FL and a daughter Gail Courter of St. Johns, FL. Also surviving are four grandchildren, April, Monty, Stephanie and Grace and three great-grandchildren, Peighton, Hailey and Sailor.
A visitation will be held from 1:00 to 2:00 pm on February 18, 2016 at the Hardage-Giddens Greenlawn Funeral Home, 4300 Beach Blvd. Jacksonville, FL 32207 with a Graveside Service being conducted at 2:00 PM in the Greenlawn Cemetery. Rev. Tim Maynard, Pastor of Fruit Cove Baptist Church is officiating.
Arrangements are under the direction of Hardage-Giddens Greenlawn Funeral Home and Cemetery.
