Patricia Louise Pacheco, 74, passed away peacefully on May 15, 2014 at the Earl B. Hadlow Center for Caring Hospice in Jacksonville, FL. She was predeceased by her husband of fifty years, William B. Pacheco. She is survived by her loving children- Wendy (Rich) Elmore, Penny (Alan) McLuckie, William (Catherine) Pacheco, Wesley (Suzanne) Pacheco, Walter (Cynthia) Pacheco and Rebecca Scarfone, her brother, Wesley (Dorthy) Weissenfluh, 21 grandchildren and six great grandchildren. A funeral Mass will be celebrated on Friday, May 23rd at 10am at San Jose Catholic Church in Jacksonville. In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to Community Hospice of Northeast Florida.
