Patricia Jean ‘Pat' Pillmore, 69, of Atlantic Beach, FL passed away September 8, 2014. A lifelong Jacksonville resident, Pat was born January 30,1945 to Harold J. and Edna Mae ‘Pete’ Pillmore. She is survived by her brothers, Robert Pillmore, Austin, TX and William Pillmore, Asheville, N.C. Pat spent many years as a recreational director for city senior citizen centers. She was also an artist, working in stained glass, beadwork, pen and ink and acrylics. Pat was a supporter of environmentalism, especially those groups that helped the St. Johns River. Donations may be made to one of Pat’s favorite charities, the St Johns Riverkeeper.
