

Paul lived a long and full life. He was an Army veteran, serving in Vietnam. He was an electrical engineer, had very accomplished careers at the Bell companies and Duos Technologies. Paul raced for IMSA and served on pit crews. Porsche was his car of choice. He loved to run and bike, and completed many races, including marathons and triathlons. Paul loved music, especially the Rolling Stones, Bob Dylan and Prince. He loved watching sports, and was a huge fan of the New York Giants and the Jacksonville Jaguars, being a season ticket holder for many years.
He had the best sense of humor, and loved to have a good time. Everyone loved Paul. He had many friends that were like family and family that were like friends.
He is survived by his wife Gail of 58 years, daughter Liza who was his pride and joy (husband Perry), and the light of his life, granddaughter Sawyer, sister Vicky, nephews Seth, Doug, Jarret and Jesse, and nieces Jen and Rachel.
He was preceded in death by sister Jane.
A committal service will be held on February 18, 2026, at 11:00 am at New Center Memorial Park Cemetery, located at 200 E 43rd Street, 43rd and Liberty Streets, Jacksonville, FL 32208, United States.
